Strawberry Blondies are a luscious dessert bar that combines the rich, buttery essence of a traditional blondie with the bright, juicy sweetness of strawberries. Their texture is soft and chewy, with a slightly crisp edge that gives way to a moist, dense interior.  Fresh strawberry puree is folded into the batter giving it a natural fruitiness and a lovely pink hue.  We finish it off with a layer of strawberry ganache that adds a touch of decadence to these blondies.  This recipe is perfect for a summer get-together or when strawberries come into season.
